1.Introduction

Dixionary Enterprise ("Dixionary," "we," "us," or "our") provides creative services in music, video and film production, graphic design and branding, event management, and digital marketing. This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, applications, and digital properties owned or operated by Dixionary Enterprise (collectively, our "Sites"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit any of our Sites, contact us, sign in with Google, or make a payment through Stripe.

By using any of our Sites or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.Information We Collect

The categories of information described below may be collected on any of our Sites where the relevant feature is offered. Our data practices are consistent across all Sites.

Contact form data: When you reach out via a contact form on any of our Sites, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Google account information: If you sign in using Google on one of our Sites that offers Google Sign-In, we receive the basic profile information you authorize Google to share with us — typically your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We never receive your Google password.

Payment information: Where any of our Sites collect transactions, all card and banking details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. We retain only transaction metadata such as amount, currency, status, timestamp, and a Stripe customer or charge identifier.

Technical data: Across our Sites we automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited, along with cookies used for security, session management, and minimal analytics.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • Authenticate your account when you sign in with Google on any of our Sites;
  • Process transactions, issue receipts, and prevent fraud via Stripe;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Sites and services;
  • Communicate updates relevant to your engagement with us; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4.Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Dixionary Enterprise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app — across any of our Sites that offer Google Sign-In — will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of our services. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

5.Payments & Stripe

Wherever any of our Sites collect transactions, we use Stripe to process payments. When you submit payment information, that information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment information and is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

We retain only the minimum transaction metadata needed for accounting, refunds, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We never store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers.

6.Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. Across our Sites, we share information only with:

  • Google — for authentication when you choose to sign in with Google;
  • Stripe — for payment processing;
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate our Sites;
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

7.Cookies & Tracking

Across our Sites we use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, and understanding aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality on one or more of our Sites.

8.Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions from any of our Sites for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our communications. Transaction records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Account information linked to Google Sign-In is retained for as long as your account is active and deleted upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.

9.Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also revoke Google Sign-In access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at create@dixionaryenterprise.com.

10.Security

We use industry-standard safeguards across our Sites including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and reliance on Stripe and Google for handling sensitive credentials and payment data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

11.Children's Privacy

Our Sites and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised, and posted updates apply across all of our Sites. Material changes will be communicated through our Sites or by email when appropriate.
