Terms of Service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
1.Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any websites, applications, or digital properties owned or operated by Dixionary Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our") — collectively, the "Sites" — and the services offered through them, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or our services.
2.Services
Across the Sites, Dixionary Enterprise provides creative services including music production, video and film production, graphic design and branding, management and event planning, and social and digital marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in separate written engagements or proposals.
3.Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Sites or our services. If you sign in via Google on any Site that offers it, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under it.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use any Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Upload malicious code, scrape any Site at scale, or interfere with normal operation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
5.Payments & Stripe
Payments collected on any of the Sites are handled by Stripe. By making a purchase on any Site, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once a service has been delivered or a project phase completed. Refund eligibility for specific engagements will be set out in your project agreement.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Dixionary Enterprise or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content on any Site without our prior written consent.
Ownership of work product created under a paid engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
7.User Submissions
Any information you submit through a contact form or other channel on any Site is treated under our Privacy Policy. You represent that submissions are accurate and that you have the right to share them.
8.Third-Party Services
The Sites rely on third-party services including Google (sign-in) and Stripe (payments). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9.Disclaimers
The Sites and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dixionary Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dixionary Enterprise harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Sites or services.
12.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Sites at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
13.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dixionary Enterprise's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
14.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision, and posted updates apply across all Sites. Your continued use of any Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
